Job Summary:
- Drafting emails and handling business communications.
- Checking and printing received emails, and send out all write ups for clients and suppliers as soon as possible.
- Organize, maintain, and secure important sales and other office files by proper filing and sorting of documents.
- Monitoring and requisition of office supplies.
- Provide the sales force with daily administrative/clerical support.
- Providing quotations for sales team and prepares written order.
- Processing of sales orders, taking phone calls, communicating feedback from customers to the sales team, and checking prices and the status of orders.
- Provide assistance to customers or sales staffs and/or help address customer complaints.
- Other duties as may be designated and/or assigned by immediate Superior as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Office Administration or any four-year Business Course.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Amenable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen to details, independent, flexible, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data gathering.
- Background in computer (maintenance and repair) is a plus.
